Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is located in North Carolina. All our inventory is in United States.
Q: What quality is your hair?
A: 100% remy human hair, hand picked strand by strand to ensure the cuticle layers are aligned in the                     same direction which prevents tangling and ensures a longer life.
Q: Can you color the hair?
A: Yes, but it is not recommended to lighten or lift color from this hair. If you must color the human hair                     extensions we recommend purchasing a lighter color and using semi-permanent color to deposit only.
Q: Can the hair curled or straighten?
A: Yes, you can put heat to the hair because it is human hair. Your stylist is a good resource to                     understand more of the human hair extension and take good care of it.
Payment and Security
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: All of our orders go through PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American                     Express, and of course PayPal.
Q: Is shopping online secure with Fafahair?
A: Absolutely. Your financial security is of the utmost importance to us, so we handle all of our sales                     through Paypal, the world's leading online payment solution provider, ensuring your order will always                     be safe and secure.
Q: How long does it take to get the package?
A: Orders will be shipped the next business day through US Post Office with two options, First Class and                     Priority Mail. Depending on destinations, it usually takes 3 business days for Priority Mail and 3 to 7                     business days for First Class. You can also check from www.usps.com to estimate the delivery time                     by using our zip code 28729 and your zip code.
Q: Do you have overnight shipping service?
A: Express Mail shipping with Post Office is the fastest way. However, it may deliver the package                     overnight or second day. We charge $30 S&H fee for the first item on Express Mail shipping if you do                     request it.
Our Return Policy
Q: If I am not completely satisfied with the product, what is your return policy?
A: Here at Fafahair, your satisfaction is always of
paramount importance to us. If you are not                     completely satisfied with our product for any reason, you may always return it within 7 days of                     receiving the product. However, the product must still be in its original unopened package and the                     buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
